Debate around 4 days work week vs 5 days work week!
Now a days, everyone is talking about 4 days work week. As per them, it makes a work life balance. Recently, Spain became the latest country to experiment this. New Zealand, Japan and Iceland also started the trial of this 4 days work week. Some other countries are also thinking the same.

The question arises here that, really is this the correct way to make a work life balance? How do you think about “work” and “life”? Is your balance a good mix of things you have to do and those you want to do?
Work life balance can not be calculated based on the equal number of hours between work and personal life. There is no standard value for this. It is kind of a relationship between your work and personal life. Stress from one should not impact to another one.
